I've been taking Wilton cake decorating classes, and while it's fun, it's a lot more work than I realized. I've found I enjoy decorating cupcakes, because they are smaller and a little easier to manage. Sorry you had a few misadventures with the frosting, but glad it worked out for you in the end!
